Pipe stacking height should not be too high to prevent the lower pipes from being compressed and deformed.

Before connecting the pipeline, check whether the rubber ring is well matched and supplied by the pipe manufacturer. The appearance of the selected rubber ring should be flat and smooth, and no defects such as pores, cracks, wrinkles, damage, and heavy skin are allowed.

Confirm that the rubber ring is placed in an accurate position. The correct position of the rubber ring installation should be between the second and third ripples of the interface. The number of rubber rings installed depends on the design requirements. When using two rubber rings, it is recommended that there be a ripple between the two rubber rings. When working on the interface, the inner working surface of the socket and the outer working surface of the socket should be cleaned up first. It is strictly forbidden to have soil and other sundries. Lubricant should be applied to the inner working surface of the socket and the surface of the rubber ring (usually soapy water is enough).

According to the insertion direction as the water flow direction, a wooden baffle can be set at the end of the pipe, and the installed pipe can be slowly inserted into the socket along the aligned axis with a crowbar, and installed one by one. Pipes with a pipe diameter of 400ram can be tied with flexible cables. With manual hoists and other lifting tools, it is strictly forbidden to use construction machinery to forcibly push the top pipe into the socket. After the installation is completed, check whether the key socket is inserted in place.

All reserved holes should be plugged and no water seepage should be allowed.

When the upstream design water head of the test section should not exceed the inner wall of the pipe top during the water closure test of the pipeline, the test water head should be measured by adding 2m to the inner wall of the upstream pipe top. When the upstream design water head of the test section exceeds the inner wall of the pipe top, the test water head should be measured by adding 2m to the upstream design water head of the test section. The test water head at the calculation is less than 10m, but when it has exceeded the wellhead of the upstream inspection well, the test water head should be based on the height of the upstream inspection wellhead.

When the pipeline is closed for water testing, an appearance inspection should be carried out to strictly prohibit water leakage. When the water head reaches the required height, check the brick plugging, pipe body, and well body for water leakage. If there is serious leakage, it should be plugged. After soaking for 24h, observe the water seepage again. The measurement time of the water seepage should not be less than 30min. Correctly calculate the water seepage. The measured water seepage should be less than or equal to the allowable water seepage specified in the "Water Supply and Drainage Pipeline Construction and Acceptance Code" (GB50268-2008).

5, backfill quality control pass

The soil quality of the backfill should meet the design and specification requirements. Within the range of 500ram from the bottom of the tank to the top of the pipe, the backfill must not contain organic matter, frozen soil, and debris such as broken bricks, stones, and concrete fragments greater than 50ram. The water content of the backfill should be controlled within the range of 2% of the optimum moisture content according to the soil type and the compaction tools used. The effective support angle range of the pipeline should be filled with medium coarse sand and dense, in close contact with the pipe wall, and cannot be filled with soil or other materials.

The backfill materials on both sides of the pipeline and within the 500mm range above the top of the pipe should be transported symmetrically from both sides of the groove. It is strictly forbidden to backfill directly on the pipeline. When backfilling other parts, they should be evenly transported into the groove. It is strictly forbidden to push in centrally; when backfilling below the pipe radius, measures should be taken to prevent the pipeline from floating and displacing; when backfilling the pipeline, it should be layered symmetrically backfilled from both sides of the pipeline and tamped at the same time. The virtual floor thickness of each layer of backfill soil should be carried out according to the "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Water Supply and Drainage Pipeline Engineering" (GB50236-2008).
