2. Construction method

(1) The preparatory work stage before construction, that is, organize technicians to re-test the plane control points and leveling points delivered by the owner, set temporary leveling points at a distance of about 150 meters, and close them with the elevation reference point. The closure difference is less than the specification requirements. The elevation control baseplate elevation is measured by BJD23 automatic leveling level. The construction control network and the starting point of the construction level should be set in a place that is not disturbed, firm and reliable, and has good visibility conditions, which is easy to control. On the premise of matching the elevation of the sidewalk with the elevation, the project and the main road should also be considered.

(2) The trench construction is based on the local obedience to the whole, creating conditions for the overall appearance.

1, trench earth excavation

① The trench construction adopts trapezoidal fracture, section excavation, mainly mechanical, manual cooperation. Adopt straight groove form of excavation. Strictly control the design elevation of the bottom of the trench during excavation, and the mechanical excavation should keep 10cm with manual bottom cleaning to avoid mechanical overexcavation disturbing the original soil at the bottom of the trench. If you encounter bad soil, report it in writing to the owner and the supervision engineer, and then make construction treatment after approval.

② Do a good job of foundation pit drainage during excavation, and the maximum area of 15cm 15cm symmetrical on both sides of the drainage ditch is appropriate. Before and during construction, the exclusion of surface water and the recruitment and drainage of water accumulation in the base are tested to ensure that the base plate of the condenser is constructed in a waterless environment. During the excavation of the foundation pit, no abandoned soil and building materials are piled up near Jihang, so as to achieve civilized construction. When excavating the foundation pit, if bad soil is encountered, the slope should be appropriately increased to ensure the working surface at the bottom of the groove.

2. Before the construction of the trench concrete baseplate, level the trench baseplate, release the trench center line, and use the trench soil mold to pour the concrete baseplate according to the designed height and width. The concrete is labeled C15, and the commercial concrete is used with a thickness of 10cm. When pouring, vibrate strictly according to the requirements until it is completely dense. 3, the laying of the cable pipe is tiled on the concrete baseplate with a 10cm thick medium sand cushion, and then laying the cable pipe, and filling the gap between the pipes with sand, tamping with wooden sticks, so that the sand forms an arc-shaped pipe bed on the outer wall of the pipe. When laying the pipe, the joints of each section should be staggered to ensure that the connection is tight and no sand can penetrate. After the pipe group is laid, an 8 #iron wire is penetrated into each hole for future threading. According to the construction requirements, lay the pipe layer by layer, and wait for the top. After the layer of pipe is laid, lay a 10cm thick medium sand cushion.

4, the earth backfill step settles, so that the sand and the cable pipe form a dense whole. After the telephone row has been laid, the earth return is carried out, mainly mechanical and manual cooperation. Layered backfill, the thickness of each layer is 15cm, the well is tamped, and the height of the backfill matches the elevation of the main road surface. The remaining soil is transported to the residual soil disposal site by dump truck.
